Hotel
We have a hotel block reserved at the Courtyard Marriott. Our after party will both be hosted here from 11pm to 2am! Transportation will be provided to and from Rock Island Lake Club if you are staying at this hotel. To book, please be sure to click on the link below or call the number listed above and mention that you are with the Koch/Hennelly wedding. If you are having difficulty getting a room, please reach out to one of us, or email us at hennellykochwedding@gmail.com. There are 30 rooms in this block so please be mindful of trying to share rooms if possible so that we can accomodate everyone. We are so excited to spend the weekend with all of our loved ones!

Transportation will be provided to and from Rock Island Lake Club if you are staying at this hotel. We will also have one of the busses stay for the after party at the Marriott to drive guests acorss the street to the Holiday Inn.

Shuttle
June 28, 2025 4:15 pm - 4:45 pm
A bus will pick up guests starting at 4:15pm from each hotel and will be departing at 4:45pm. Please make sure to be in the lobby prior to this time for pick up. Note that there will not be a shuttle service throughout the afternoon. We understand the hotel check in time is right before the shuttle arrives; however, while early check in is not guaranteed, it is possible. Please call the hotel the week of to see if you can check in early.
Travel Note
For all you driving to the wedding, note that there is complimentary valet parking at Rock Island Lake Club. Just pull into the entrance of the venue and we'll take care of the rest. Drive safe!
Shuttle
June 28, 2025 11:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Both shuttles will pick up guests from Rock Island at 11pm and will drop off to both the Marriott and Holiday Inn. If you would like to keep the fun going there will be an after party at the Marriott from 11pm to 2am. We will keep a shuttle at the Marriott to drop off guests to the Holiday Inn at any point until 2am.
