Where we got engaged! Highlights include the Rose Garden, 4141 Locomotive, and relics from H.W. Bush's life of public service.
This is Koby's favorite location in Downtown Bryan - cigar lounge and great drinks, what more could you ask for? Rachel's favorite part is their speakeasy, just ask the bartenders for the code and location. You're likely to find us there waiting for you! ;)
Amazing pizza and even better trivia! This is were you can find us and our trivia team (shout out to the Markhams, Lindsey, and Bradley) each and every Thursday. Visit the Downtown Bryan or South College Station location on a Thursday from 8-10pm for good vibes and great drinks. The happy couple will be missing trivia on wedding week so represent well on our behalf!
Lilly insisted that we include her favorite walking trail! This is a great place to get in some much needed time in the sun and there is a great nature center and garden catered towards children.
Century Square is a one-stop shop for shoping, dining, movies, and so much more! Right across from campus, it's a fun area to browse and spend an afternoon.
Visit for the wine, and stay for the turtles! No seriously, feed the turtles! The Wine Bar is a great place to spend an evening. Koby recommends a glass of Beau and a charcuterie board, Rachel recommends a glass of Angel Riesling and any of their dips, and Sherrie (Mother of the Bride) recommends a bottle Tempranillo while people watching. They also have a fantastic resturant and BnB on site!
So many of our favorites are here, there's too much to list! Tacos at the Proudest Monkey, a movie at The Queen Theatre, drinks at Hush and Whisper, capped with Blue Bell Ice Cream from Billy's is the recipe for the perfect night. There are also so many local shops to visit during the day, Downtown Bryan is the perfect place to be at any time.
We'd be amiss to not mention Koby's alma mater and the heart of town, Texas A&M University. Full of history and tradition, campus is a beautiful place to explore. A walk in Aggie Park is not only peaceful but it also shows off the pride of the SEC - Kyle Field! Gig'em!
