Matron of Honor
Monica is my younger but much louder sister. Monica and I haven't always been the best of friends but with time and a little growing up we now see our differences as the missing pieces of each other. Monica is the most dependable friend I've ever met. Monica makes me feel brave, confident, and empowered. I am so lucky she is my sister and I am so grateful she is my matron of honor.
Sister of the Groom
Madison is Seth's only sister and she is a natural born leader. Madison has introduced Seth and I to new friends who have become some of our lifelong friends. Madison is always ready to have a good time and hit the dance floor. I am looking forward to a lifetime of memories as Madison's newest sister.
Bridesmaid
Amy is my bother's girlfriend. She is the sweetest and most loving girl I've ever been friends with. She is smart, authentic, and is so good at loving my brother. We share a love for science and can always talk and relate over patient stories. She is the perfect addition to my family and I can't wait to officially be her sister.
Bridesmaid
Jenn is the most constant friend in my life. She is a lifetime friend. Her siblings are the same age as mine which meant we spent a lot of time with the Steenwyk girls. It is cliche, but Jenn and I always pick up right where we left off. Jenn invests in my life and makes me feel special. I can't wait to continue making core memories with by friend Jenny Benny.
Bridesmaid
Hannah and Andrea were roommates and ran track together at Grand Valley. Hannah's husband is also one of my closest friends from college and our videographer! Hannah and I entered the big world of college together and have remained friends ever since! We learned how to live away from home together and have many shared memories of that time in our life. My favorite memory together is pranking her husband and hiding his bike; we laughed for hours together. Hannah is such a sweet friend but also keeps things light hearted with her sneaky pranks!!
Bridesmaid
Ashley and her husband Ryan are the reason this wedding is evening happening. I met Seth through my dear friend Ashley. Ashley and Ryan set up Seth and I up on a pseudo blind date over 4 years ago. I knew what I was agreeing too, but Seth did not. Ashley and I are also both occupational therapists and we survived graduate school together and the first few years in the professional world together. I can't imagine my life without Ashley and I can't wait to to grow old as couples together.
Bridesmaid
Madie and I were also college roommates and teammates at Grand Valley! My brother and I also introduced Madie to her now husband Adam in the years after college. Madie will show you up in the kitchen and on the dance floor. Madie loves her friends and family better than anyone I know and I am so lucky to be her friend.
Bridesmaid
Makena is my cousin on the Kober side of the family and I've loved every moment of watching her grow up. Makena was born the year I graduated high school and I was so excited for her arrival that I probably drove her mom crazy asking a million questions about the timing of her arrival earthside. Makena is so smart and intuitive and loves everyone with her whole heart. I am so lucky to be a part of her life.
Best Man
David is one of my closest friends. We met early on in high school and have remained best of friends ever since. We have what some may call a "bromance" that some people just don't get. I also like to refer to him as the third wheel in my relationship as he often tags along on my nights out with Andrea. I am forever grateful for his friendship. PS. Ladies, he's single.
Brother of the Groom
Zacho is my older brother and one of my best friends. Zach and I grew up close in age, so I wanted too always be like him when we were younger. Andrea and I enjoy hanging out with Zach and his wife Olivia. Zach can also cut a mean rug on the dance floor, so be prepared.
Brother of the Groom
Dane is my younger brother who always is a great time. He is the life of the party and is always making our family laugh. Dane is currently in his last year at Hope College where he plays baseball. Can't wait to have him by my side on our big day.
Groomsman
Nick and I go way back. We first met in the 4th grade when his family moved down the street from my parent's house in Chesterfield. Since then, we have grown up going to school together, playing sports together, we both graduated from Grand Valley together, and have remained best of friends ever since.
Groomsman
Jake is one of my longest, closest friends. We met early on in middle school and grew up playing sports together. There have been many unforgettable memories made in Jake's parent's barn that the stories will live on forever. After college, Jake took a job and moved to Spokane, Washington where he now lives with his wife Maddie. You will most likely see him throwing Peace signs the night of the wedding as this is his signature move on the dance floor. Great guy!
Groomsman
Ryan and I met in high school during JV baseball and developed a close friendship ever since. From road trips, to concerts, to barn nights at Jake's, the stories go on forever between us. Ryan has some pretty impressive dance moves, but I would not be surprised if he rips his pants on the dance floor - this is what he is known for. Excited to have Nubber by my side on our big day.
Groomsman
Ryan and I grew up playing sports together in high school and have maintained a close friendship ever since. Ryan and his wife Ashley are our summer concert buddies that we enjoy going to Pine Knob with and are always down for a good time. Love that guy.
Brother of the Bride
Nate is Andrea's older brother, and we have grown close over the years as Andrea and I have dated. Nate and the rest of Andrea's family are big Sparty fans, and they couldn't be happier that I converted Andrea into wearing the Maize and Blue. I am excited to be getting a brother-in-law and for the years to come with Nate.
