Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal. This is a very special occasion for us, so we kindly ask our guests to dress up to help us celebrate the day. The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception, so please keep an August day in Illinois in mind when choosing your attire. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and ready to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’ve got a plus one, it’ll be clear—either with their name or a trusty “+ Guest.” We wish we could invite everyone’s favorite person, but we’re working with limited space, so thanks for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the comment section of your RSVP or send us a text message. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids —but this will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of our immediate family). We hope you’ll enjoy a night to relax and celebrate. If you’re unsure, your invitation will make it clear who’s invited. Thanks so much for understanding!

There is a parking lot on the property just a short walk from the ceremony and reception areas.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

A formal invitation will follow your save the date with information on how to RSVP and when to RSVP by. No need to rush, we have plenty of time!
