Dress Code: ALL BLACK AFFAIR - FORMAL ATTIRE ONLY & WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Women: FLOOR LENGTH GOWNS OR DRESSES ONLY Men: Tuxedo or Suits with a dress shirt, tie or bow tie, dress pants & dress shoes or sneakers. PLEASE NOTE: THIS WEDDING IS MET GALA THEMED.

The wedding is October 11th, 2025 @ 4:00pm. The ceremony will be held at New Light Missionary Baptist Church.

WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU ARRIVE TO THE WEDDING CEREMONY?

We ask you arrive 30-40 minutes ahead of time to insure you are seated in the church when the ceremony start. Also to insure you have a spot to sit & to get a good parking spot. The wedding will start PROMPTLY at 4:00pm.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?

To the wedding yes, but the reception is reserved for a certain number of people due to us having a lot of people that love us. We would have wanted everyone to attend but unfortunately that isn't possible. RSVP listed names only.

WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING & RECEPTION START?

WEDDING STARTS AT 4:00PM SHARPLY FOR THE RECEPTION DOORS WILL OPEN AT 5:30pm RECEPTION STARTS AT 6:00PM

WHEN IS RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be SEPTEMBER 1ST,2025. We will be sending out extra reminders before the deadline. Please be advised that once you decline your invitation will be given to someone else and we will not be able to accommodate you later on should you decide to come. We want to give everyone the opportunity to come if they can.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

No, unfortunately we will not be serving alcohol beverages at this event. So sorry, but we do have a 30 min gap where you can go get something to drink before you enter into the reception venue.
