Matt and Erika came across each other on a dating app called “Hinge” in late November of 2018. Erika caught Matt’s eye with her clear interest in Buckeye football and Matt’s picture with his adorable daughter, Charleigh, caught Erika’s attention. After getting to know one another they decided to meet for drinks at their soon to be favorite bar, Hales Ales. They bonded over common interests and Matt helped Erika set her fantasy football lineup for the week. Although Matt advised Erika to play a team that would end up losing, she did agree to a second date... and third...and fourth..
