What blessing comes from a few steps of obedience

What happens when you mix a person who starts attending a new church, serves in a place they have never served in, and attends a training before they start attending the church regularly with, someone attending a training they no longer needed to be at and was running late? That's right, a very long run-on sentence... and how we met. From the moment I saw Christina come in and sit at the same table, I could tell she was amazing. She immediately pulled my attention to herself. I knew I had to know more about her. On the other hand, she heard me talking to the guy who brought me to the church and thought I was married because of my purity ring. Even still, this did not stop the movement of what God was doing. Other opportunities presented themselves and eventually we wound up on our first date. The rest is history and I never want to turn back. Go figure, I was running late on what was going to be a day that would change my life forever. Just goes to show that God has bigger plans than we do, because I met the man whom I will get to spend the rest of my life with, even though I thought he was married at first, but that was a minor detail...turns out it was a purity ring I saw and the fact that we are each others first in every aspect of our relationship means that God has planned us to meet since the beginning of time. And the rest is history and I never want to turn back either.
