In August 2021, Jared and Kira both attended a Bengals game and happened to be seated in the same section. Jared was there with his sister, and Kira was with a friend who knew him. The only words they exchanged that day were a simple “hi.” About a year later, they crossed paths again at a Bengals preseason game. After the game, they went to The Banks with a group of friends and ended up talking all night. In October 2022, Jared asked Kira to be his girlfriend. Over the past three and a half years, they’ve built a relationship full of love and laughter. On August 22, 2025, Jared asked Kira to spend the rest of their lives together. They are so excited to begin this next chapter. They love sharing their story because they truly believe God knew they weren’t ready for each other when they first met, but also knew they would find their way back to one another at just the right time.
