Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event due to capacity limits at our venue. We respectfully request no children at our event, unless specifically noted on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a fun night out!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure you can get to your seat in time before the ceremony starts.

Am I allowed to take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. Our wonderful photographers will be there to capture all the special moments!

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

There are 3 great options! Onsite parking available SmartRide Transportation (Hastings version of Uber/Lyft) Shuttle to/from 2 main hotels for hotel guests

Is overnight parking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes! But you must have your vehicle removed from the premise by 10am Saturday
