Is this an outdoor or indoor wedding?

Answer

Right now, we are planning on the ceremony being outdoors. However, if the weather decides to go all Minnesota on us, we will move the ceremony to indoors.

How long is the Ceremony?

Answer

Literally long enough to exchange vows and rings, say I do, and off to the party. At longest it will be about 15 minutes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony is at 7:00 pm, so please start arrive about half an hour before hand. We're keeping it short and sweet, and would love to have you there!

How late will the reception go?

The reception will end around 11:30 PM.

Hors D'oeurve Reception?

Answer

Since we are doing a later ceremony, instead of a formal dinner we will have a variety of Hors D'oeurves and platters available.

Can I Bring My Kids?

We both have large families, and due to this, we are limiting the children in attendance to immediate family only (nieces, nephews, and our young first cousins).

What should I wear?

Answer

Short answer; Clothes. Long answer; we are trying to keep things more semi-formal/cocktail attire. Our colors are specifically vague to "fall colors", so if you want to wear something in that color range, PERFECT! If you want to wear something else, PERFECT. TL;DR Just wear what makes you feel like your best self. We're here to celebrate, not to judge.

Is there a hotel near by?

Yes! We have a block of rooms at The Country Inn and Suites in Coon Rapids. More information can be found under the Lodging section of our website. Please have reservations in by August 16th to get the special rate.

How do I reserve a hotel room in your block?

Answer

There's two ways to reserve a hotel room; 1) Follow the link under the "Lodging" section. This will take you directly to the block reservation screen. 2) Call (763) 780-3797 to make a reservation. Please be sure to specify that this is for the Knight/Zappa wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there is! There will be a shuttle service from the Country Inn and Suites in Coon Rapids to Majestic Oaks.
