Happily Ever After

Alex and Bridget met in an unconventional way, on a dating app. After moving to Florida Bridget had only intended to live there a few months before heading back home, until she met Alex. After deciding to put herself out there by joining Tinder, she and Alex matched and started talking immediately. They never stopped for more than a few hours whether Alex was at work or Bridget at a Jonas Brothers concert . On November 17th, the pair decided to meet at Disney Springs for their first date. The connection was immediate, both say, “it felt like we had been friends for years and just decided to give dating a try." They preceded to spend over two hours just walking around Disney springs talking and getting to know each other. Alex drove her home ending the night with a very sweet kiss and promise of another date. Over 4 years later here they are GETTING MARRIED!

Bridget and Alex had been talking about marriage for a little while before Alex proposed, but he still managed to surprise her, especially considering how much she hates surprises. The day in question Bridget had gone to Disney with her friend Luna while Alex worked at Luna's home with her husband Justin. The two of them watched the couples dog Gandalf. When Bridget and Luna returned Justin was waiting outside and held Luna back so Bridget could enter first, inside Alex was waiting with the dog who was wearing a blue bandana he hadn't been wearing earlier. Alex had placed the ring in a little bag he had tied to the bandana, but of course it didn't go quite as planned because the bag had fallen off. Thankfully Alex was able to quickly get the bag tied back on before it was messed up. The rest of the proposal went perfectly! Bridget, of course saying, YES!!
