Question

What's the agenda for Saturday at Thalia Hall?

Answer

5:30pm - 6:30pm Cocktail Hour 6:30pm - 8:30pm Dinner 8:30pm - 11:30pm Dancing 11:30pm Afterparty at Tack Room or Punch House (in the same building)

Question

Will you have transportation to Thalia Hall on Saturday night?

Answer

Yes, but we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft as it will be somewhat limited. We will have one 39-person bus leaving the Ace Hotel for Thalia Hall at 5:00pm. We will have buses running from Thalia Hall back to the Ace Hotel at 10:00pm, 11:45pm, and sometime around 1:00am.

Question

Is there parking for Thalia Hall on Saturday?

Answer

We highly suggest you Uber, Lyft, or take a cab or public transportation to Thalia Hall. If you will not be drinking and will need parking, street parking is extremely limited. We suggest using SpotHero (https://spothero.com/) to find a spot nearby.

Question

Is there a ceremony?

Answer

We'll be hosting a small, immediate-family-only ceremony on Friday evening. We look forward to celebrating with everyone on Saturday!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. We love kids, but we want our friends who are parents to have a fun night out without worry. We ask that no children attend the Reception. If you need babysitting referrals, Sittercity is a great place to start: https://www.sittercity.com/

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Email or text Nick and Lindsay to let them know.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're certainly not expecting gifts. For those of you who feel compelled to give, here are 2 options: 1) Make a donation in our name to one of the following: - Lookingglass Theatre - Lindsay serves on the board http://boxofficex.printtixusa.com/lookingglass/donate?w=Donation - WBEZ Chicago - Lindsay & Nick value the mission to create a more informed public. https://donate.chicagopublicmedia.org/give/wbez/ (see "This gift is in honor of someone" option at the bottom of the page) - The Society of St. Vincent De Paul: Columbus - https://www.svdpcolumbus.org/donate (choose Franklin Country under the middle option "County Microloan Program to receive donation" in the second step) 2) We would love to eventually go on a fun, adventurous (very us, right?) honeymoon. You may contribute to our honeymoon fund. Click "registry" link above to contribute via Zola, or for a no-fee option, you may contribute via Chase QuickPay using Lindsay's email address. Check and cash are welcome as well.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to look cool and feel comfortable. The bride and groom will be a bit untraditional, so feel free to come in something untraditional as well. If you'd like some guidance, "cocktail attire" is your best bet. (Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do! Check out the "travel" navigation above.

Question

I have a song I need to dance to. Can I suggest it?

Answer

Yes! Email or text Lindsay or Nick. We of course already have Maneater, Africa, and This is America on our must-play list. Or add suggestions for dance and dinner music to our Spotify inspiration list here: http://bit.ly/KnightSeguinMusic
