When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask our guests to RSVP by June 30, however, should you need more time, please contact us.

How do we get there?

Answer

The easiest way to get to Volterra is by car from Pisa or Florence. We recommend our guests get a rental car for optimal travel from these places. Flights may be cheaper into Milan or Rome, in which case we recommend taking a high speed train or flight to Pisa or Florence. Pisa (60 km): rental car or bus Florence (80 km): rental car, train (to nearby city), bus Rome (300 km): train to Florence (50+ high-speed daily trains for 10-14 EUR per person), rental car Milan (390 km): rental car

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Floor-length gowns and dark suits with white shirts or tuxedos. No jeans, khakis, sneakers, polos, sundresses, etc. We appreciate our guests dressing up to celebrate the occasion!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We will provide pick up and drop off to the villa. Please respond to the optional question within the RSVP with your accommodation or send to Alyssa & Zach once known. Final pickup times and locations will be provided in August 2026.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the villa, but we recommend using the provided transportation to fully relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adults-only wedding. Our venue offers a hired nanny service to watch your children. All nannies are certified, well trusted and speak English. Please contact us if you would like this service and we will put you in contact with the nannies.
