What is the dress code?

Our dress code is all black. We kindly ask that guests wear all black attire exclusively, without any colors or mixed tones.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your children, we have decided to make our wedding an invite-only celebration . We kindly ask that children not attend unless they were specifically included on your invitation (sent by email). For many of our family and friends travelling internationally from the United States or England, we understand that childcare may not be an option, so your children have been included in your invitation. If your children are included, we kindly ask that you RSVP for them as well so we can provide our venue with accurate guest and dinner counts. Thank you so much for understanding, and we appreciate your support and cooperation!

Can I bring a plus one?

We're so glad you asked! We've carefully planned our guest count, so we're only able to accommodate guests whose names appear on the invitation. If your invitation included a plus-one, it will be noted as "& guest" or "+1." We appreciate your understanding!

Will the venue accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely. Once we've finalized our menu, we'll send you a form to select your meal and note any dietary restrictions or allergies. We'll make sure the venue is fully informed of your needs.

If I am only invited to the party, what time should I arrive?

Answer

If you're joining us for the evening celebration, please plan to arrive at 7:30 PM. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there transportation available?

Answer

We're arranging shuttle service from select hotels to the venue and back later in the evening for your convenience. Grande Prairie also offers local taxi services, and a Keys Please program is available for additional safe transportation options. We kindly ask that you avoid drinking and driving. Your safety matters to us, and we want everyone to arrive and depart home safely.
