It all started on Match.com. It was the last day of both of our subscriptions. And the first message sent was “Hi”. Now its a running joke! The first date was a couple days later and it was love at first sight. Motorcycle rides to Mike’s Place, almost flying off the back of the motorcycle and amazing first kisses goodnight! It was definitely a “match” made in heaven!

We both shockingly had a day off. He wanted to go hiking in the snow. I, of course, fought tooth and nail not to go. He won that fight. I complained the whole time because I was cold. We were coming to the end of the trail which involved going down some nature made steps that were covered in ice. He was a good distance down and I was going slow, as not to fall. Once I got down to him, he turned to go down the rest of the way and fell. I got down to him to make sure he was alright and thats when he pulled back his glove. He had a beautiful diamond ring on his finger. He asked me if I’d marry him and the first thing out of my mouth was, “Is it real?” No worries though, it’s real and I said YES!!
