When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVP's are promptly submitted by February 26th. This will ensure we have an accurate count for our venue! We can't accommodate anyone who misses the RSVP Deadline we would've loved to have you there!

Are you registered?

Answer

Thank you for thinking of us on our big day! We are registered at Amazon, Crate and Barrel and Target the links to the registries can be found under the registry section of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:45 to ensure you are seated in time. The Ceremony will begin at 4:00.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless Specified on your invitation, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. The number of seats reserved in your honor will be clearly written on your invitation, and again on the RSVP section of our site. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Our ceremony and reception will both be child free events! We welcome you to take the opportunity to enjoy a child-free night out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at The Waters Edge Old Forge, Ny (315)369-2484 and The Forge Mote Old Forge Ny (315)369-3313) Please mention the Kneer/Madsen Wedding when you are reserving your room. The Waters Edge is the closest hotel to the Reception, both are in Town and Super cute hotels.

Are there Shuttles?

There are no shuttles provided please drink responsibly or have a DD.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at both the church and the reception venue! Feel free to leave your car at the hotel and walk to the reception if you are at The Waters Edge!

Will the wedding be indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

All wedding celebrations will take place indoors!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We are more than welcome to accommodate any and all food allergies! Please use the food allergy section of the RSVP to document these!
