The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies are encouraged to wear a below-the-knee dress, dressy skirt and top, or a chic pantsuit, while gentlemen should wear dress shirt and slacks, with the option to add a jacket and tie. Optionally, if you would like any color inspiration, our wedding colors are summer hues of pinks, oranges, and yellows. But do not feel limited to those, we would love to see our guests in any and all summery colors.
The groom's parents are hosting a welcome party for all of the out of town guests to get some extra time to mingle with the bride and groom at The Hangry Bison - Lake Mary from 5 to 7PM on Friday, April 10th. We would love to see you there, but please do not stress if you cannot make it!
Although we love your children, we cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, young teens. Your RSVP will clearly mark all members of the family that are invited.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a plus one for all of our guests. Your invitation should address all invited parties. Please check your RSVP if you are unsure of a plus one.
No, our wedding start to end will be held at the Historic Venue 1902 in Sanford. This venue provides a garden area in the back for ceremony, downstairs and outdoor garden for cocktail hour, and then upstairs for dinner and dancing.
Our venue provides free valet parking to all of our guests. If you would not like to use the valet, there is a self-parking lot on the side of the venue that has a path directly into the ceremony garden. There is also street parking if the self-parking lot is full.
Please look to the Travel tab on this website to review any of the hotels that I have set up a room block with. This will also outline any extra benefits they may offer.
For guests staying at the Lake Mary Westin Inn, there is a shuttle scheduled for one round trip to and from the venue before and after the ceremony/reception.
