Our dress code is cocktail attire. For men, please wear a suit or a blazer with dress pants. For women, dresses, jumpsuits, or elegant separates are all welcome. While the vibe is elevated, we invite you to add a touch of personality—Western accessories are encouraged but not required! Please keep in mind that the celebration takes place on mountain terrain. We recommend comfortable footwear for navigating the natural setting—cowboy boots are highly encouraged and totally on-theme!
Getting around Beaver Creek is hassle-free with Village Connect – it's as straightforward as using Uber! This complimentary service is available to all guests within Beaver Creek Resort's villages. Just download the Village Connect app, set up your profile, and you're ready to explore the village with ease. The service operates in Beaver Creek Village and Bachelor Gulch from 7 am to midnight. Please note that Arrowhead's service is seasonally closed, and operating hours may adjust during the summer. While Uber is an option, its availability in Beaver Creek can be inconsistent. For those visiting from out of state or preferring more travel flexibility, we suggest considering a car rental to ensure you have reliable transportation throughout your stay.
Beaver Creek Base Area is 8,080 feet above sea level. The wedding ceremony and reception is 10,200 feet above sea level. Please drink water and wear sunscreen!

We aim to maintain an intimate setting for our special day, so we kindly request that guests only bring a plus one if it was explicitly mentioned in their invitation. Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we cannot accommodate additional attendees beyond those specifically invited. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration personal and memorable.
We did not reserve a hotel block, however wedding guests get a 20% discount at all Vail Resorts with the code SBCKNA25. We recommend staying near Beaver Creek Village. The two Vail Resorts closest to Beaver Creek Village are St. James Place and The Osprey. St. James Place is great for groups as they have 2-3 bedroom condos available to rent! The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Park Hyatt (next door to St. James Place), because it is dog friendly!
