Question

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting (fingers crossed!) the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors (with access to the patio all night). ☀️

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We will have a shuttle picking guests up from the hotel where our room block is (Hyatt at Crocker Park). We will also have a shuttle once the night ends back to the same hotel.

Is there an after party?

Answer

You know it! 🎉 After the reception, we will keep the party going at Bar Louie which is walking distance from the hotel where the room block is (Hyatt Crocker Park). We hope to see you all there!

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yep! There is a large parking lot with plenty of space at Valley of the Eagles. You can leave your car overnight, as long as you pick it up at noon the next day!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Can I bring children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, the ceremony and reception are adult-only aside from our immediate family. We hope you understand!
