When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive between 3:00-3:15 PM.

Is the ceremony and reception held at the same location?

Answer

No - We’ll say “I do” at the church, then head to Pikeville to celebrate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal / Dressy Casual. Collared shirts with slacks or a suit without a tie. Dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits that feel special but not overly formal.

Can I bring a date or my children?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! If your invitation includes a plus one or your children, their name(s) — or “and guest” — will be clearly listed on your envelope. If additional names aren’t included, we kindly ask that you attend on your own so we can keep our celebration intimate. When you RSVP, you will be able to choose the name(s) of everyone who will be attending which will help us finalize our guest list accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our venue is in a more remote location, so we don’t have specific hotel recommendations or room blocks. We encourage you to book accommodations in nearby towns as soon as possible and consider ridesharing or carpooling to and from the venue.
