Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by November 25, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest convenience. Those that do not RSVP by the date specified, we will sadly mark you as not attending. We cannot make any exceptions as we have to provide vendors with total guest counts in a timely manner.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Where are the nearest accommodations?

Answer

The bride and groom will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Chandler, which is in walking distance from the venue. There is a room block set up for those that would like to stay at the hotel. Please see the hotel page on this site for booking details.

Question

Is this a child friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults only event, with the exception of a few family members who are a part of the ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun night out! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code semi-formal/ cocktail attire. This includes cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please no jeans/denim. In addition, we kindly ask you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is ample parking near the venue as well as a parking garage within walking distance.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We hired very talented professionals to capture our day! Although we appreciate that you might want to snap some pictures, we ask that you honor our "unplugged" ceremony. We will make sure to share lots of photos and videos with you after the wedding! If you would like to take pictures/videos the rest of the evening, please do so and don't forget to tag the bride and groom!
