Having trouble finding your name in the RSVP?

Try just your first or last name and it will show up! If not, text the bride at 757-403-1733. If you received an invite you were should be able to RSVP!

Semi formal attire preferrable.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors pending weather and our reception will be inside the venue.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot right in front of the venue for guests to park for free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided for all guests on the wedding day. Buses will run to and from the venue and the Graduate Hotel (1309 West Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903). Pick Up: 2:45pm 1st Drop Off: 8:30pm 2nd Drop Off: 10:00pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony which begins at 3:30pm.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes we would love for you to take photos and share them with us! During the ceremony, however, we please ask that you refrain from using your phone.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We will update this closer to the wedding with a more accurate forecast. Please dress mindfully!

Are cabs/rideshares (Lyft/ Uber) easily accessible from the venue?

Answer

They are not. Please plan to take the buses we will have available back to your hotel if you do not plan on driving.
