If you are located in New England, driving is the easiest way to reach the venue. If you are located farther away, we recommend flying to Boston Logan International Airport and renting a car to make the 2hr 30min drive. Please keep in mind that rush hour traffic can increase drive time! Other airports located closer to the venue include the Portland International Jetport in Portland, ME or the Manchester Regional Airport in Manchester, NH. However, they have limited flight availability.
Welcome Cocktails: Cocktail Attire Please join us in a suit or jacket and slacks for men, and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women. Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Black Tie Preferred We invite you to dress in your most elegant eveningwear. Tuxedos and formal gowns are encouraged to honor the occasion. Black suits for men and floor-length dresses or refined cocktail attire for women are also welcome.
As all wedding celebrations will be held at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, transportation will not be provided. Guests not staying at the resort are kindly asked to make their own travel arrangements to and from the venue.
Parking is available at the hotel. You have a choice of valet parking, self-parking at a lot near the hotel entrance, or use of a free lot near the entrance of the property. Shuttle services are provided from the free lot to the hotel (a quick 1 or 2 minute ride). For overnight guests, valet parking is $40 and self-parking is $25. For day guests, valet parking is $30 and self-parking is $10.
Ride apps such as Uber or Lyft are unreliable in this area of New Hampshire. There are taxi services around, but these are not guaranteed and prior reservations are recommended.
Please arrive at the venue by 4:30 p.m on Friday, June 26. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. on the Jewel Terrace.
We kindly request that all of our wedding events be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can join us for this special occasion.
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
