Question

Having issues RSVP-ing?

Answer

Make sure you enter your entire first and last name under the RSVP tab. If that doesn't work it's possible we've misspelled something or made some other mistake- feel free to get in touch with Marty or Kaity. There is an event for staying at the venue site each night plus an event for the ceremony, which allows us to plan housing for everyone who wants to stay. Make sure you RSVP appropriately to all the events available for you. Check the RSVP tab to see those events again or make any edits.

Can I have more time to RSVP?

Answer

Please talk to Kaity or Marty if you need more time to decide whether you can make it! Otherwise, we will consider you as not attending after May 1, 2025.

Question

Can I bring someone(s) not on the guest list?

Answer

Please chat with Kaity or Marty about that. Our venue limits the number of guests to 100, so we will likely not be able to accomodate more people.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Please do! There are 17 acres at the venue plus lots of Forest Service trails available to roam. Just keep in mind you would need to keep them under your control and outside the buildings at all times and pick up after them. We would also ask you find a place to tuck them away (e.g., your cabin) on Saturday afternoon until Saturday evening. We don't want any fancy dresses with paw prints!

Will there be cell phone reception at the venue?

Answer

Nope! We are having a cell-phone free event as much as possible. There is no cell service or wi-fi at the venue. However, there are several emergency land line phones just in case.

What will the venue accomodations be like?

Answer

Rustic! There are three sets of five cabins with four twin beds in each cabin. Each set of cabins has their own pit toilet, shower house, and fire pit. The main buildings have flushing toilets and power. Feel free to check out the "Travel" tab more details.

Question

How long will the venue be available to us?

Answer

We currently have the venue booked from noon on Thursday, July 31, to noon on Tuesday, August 5th. Feel free to stay all or part of the time, but make sure you are RSVP'd to stay the night one of the first three nights so we can assign you a spot to stay.
