Are the wedding festivities in the city of Philadelphia?

Answer

No. While Philadelphia Cricket Club is in the city limits, we do not consider this a city wedding. The venue is in a suburban area called Chestnut Hill which is 12 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia. The hotel is located in Bala Cynwyd which borders West Philadelphia.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The parents deserve a night out! If your kids make the trip, we'd love to see them at Brunch on Sunday!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus shuttle for guests staying at the hotel. The bus departs at 3:30pm from the hotel to the wedding. There will be a bus loop that will transport guests from the wedding to the hotel beginning at 10:30pm. Buses will depart every 20 minutes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking at the wedding venue.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Weather permitted, the ceremony will be outside on the golf course. If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony will be moved inside of the venue. The wedding reception will be indoors.
