About ten years ago, my family met the Pratts. I was quickly attracted to their virtuous and fun presence, and I looked up to them all as role models. Greg was my first crush when I was eleven. He became my standard for what a man ought to be, and let's just say he set the bar very high! Although my crush on Greg did not always remain in full force throughout the years, it proved stubbornly enduring through my direct attempts to shut it down. And let's just say that circumstances like belonging to the Gregorian Fellows Leadership Program at Benedictine College (affectionately called "Gregs" for short) and being assigned to the St. Gregory cabin at summer camp did not exactly help. When Greg and I reconnected in the fall of 2023 and our old friendship was revived, I was thrilled but tried to maintain some semblance of composure. After many phone calls while I was away at college and fun adventures together when I was home, Greg asked me to be his girlfriend on March 1st, 2024. A little over a year later, I was overjoyed to echo Mary's "Fiat!" and say yes to Greg's proposal of marriage on May 13th, 2025, the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima. We both thank God for the beautiful work He has done in our lives, helping us to grow as individuals and preparing us for our relationship together. We are especially grateful to Our Lady for the ways she has guided us in her Son's most holy and perfect will, and we are so very excited for the journey ahead of us!
