We have known each other for a long time. As kids our families would play video games, more specifically World of Warcraft together. But after all those years we reconnected in 2019 at my cousin’s birthday party! We became friends again from that point.

We spent the day at the pumpkin patch with my parents. When we got back home, Roger wanted to go visit his mother’s grave and I, of course, agreed. We drove into Jefferson and he led me to her and after a minute of talking, he got down on one knee. Obviously I said yes!
