We met on the interwebs, Coffee Meets Bagel for those interested. To this day we are shocked that we never bumped into each other considering our favorite places in the city and how much we have in common. We quickly realized this over some drinks and a shared flatbread on our first date. Luis knew Kaitlyn was "a keeper" when she gave him the larger, better piece. ;)

Luis pulled off the surprise of a lifetime!! Kaitlyn was visiting her parents in Florida for a week and Luis concocted a plan, with a little help from her parents, to fly down and pop the question. Luis literally jumped out of a closet and surprised Kaitlyn telling her that he had just come down because he was jealous and bored and wanted to hang at the beach too! He also told her that a dinner date was planned for that evening and she needed to get ready to go... turns out there was no dinner but a beautiful sunset proposal instead. (Kaitlyn was not mad!!) The night was truly one for the books!
