FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at the church 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you enough time to park, find a seat, and settle in comfortably before the celebration starts.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our reception at The Mill is Black Tie Optional. Appropriate attire options include full-length gowns and long formal dresses for women, and tuxedos and dark suits for men. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate (and dance!) the night away.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. Your invitation reflects the guests we’re able to accommodate.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only wedding weekend. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service for all guests staying at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel Tinton Falls-Eatontown to The Mill Lakeside Manor to get everyone to cocktail hour on time. At the end of the night, we will provide shuttle service back to the Doubletree Hilton, where the after party will also take place. Please arrange for your own transportation to St. Peter Catholic Church for the ceremony.

Question

What should I do between the church ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Spend the time however you’d like — relax at the hotel, explore charming Spring Lake or Point Pleasant Beach, or grab a drink at a local spot. Check out our "Things to Do" section of this website for some ideas! This is also a great time to check into the hotel, if you have booked a room for the night, as check-in is typically at 3pm.
