Ceremony
10:00 am - 10:15 am

**You must arrive early to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site**. Park in the overflow lot, which is on the left as soon as you turn into the gardens. There will be a sign indicating this. This area will NOT be staffed by any of the workers. From here, there will be signs directing you to the ceremony site, which is at the Butterfly Garden. Please wear comfortable shoes. Most of the terrain to/from the ceremony site is paved, however, areas of uneven terrain, grass, dirt, sand, etc, are to be expected at this venue. 9:30am: Guests begin to arrive. 9:45am: Guests begin to take their seats. 10:00-10:15am: Ceremony. 10:20am: Immediate family and bridal party photos begin. 10:40am: Immediate family and bridal party photos end. We are hopeful for an outdoor ceremony. In the event of inclement weather, there is an indoor back up plan.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

5:00-6:00pm: Cocktail hour on the Escambia Terrace. 6:00-10:00pm: Reception in the Escambia Ballroom. Upon driving in, follow signs for the convention center parking lot. Once parked, enter the building, take the escalator or elevator up one floor, and follow signage to the event space. Adequate signage will be around, for ease of finding the space.
