The ceremony begins at 5:30 so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 5PM. We will ensure the guest shuttles operate around this arrival time.

Yes, we will have transporation picking guests up at both hotel blocks (Sonesta Rittenhouse and The Loews). BUS SCHEDULE: 4:15 pm- Arrive at Sonesta 4:30 pm- Depart Sonesta for Loews Hotel 4:35 pm- Arrive at Loews Hotel 4:45 pm- Depart for Lilah Lilah Dropoff: 5PM *there will be 2 buses operating around this same timeline so please ensure you can make the pickup time or arrange an alternative route (Uber, Lift) for a 5PM arrival to Lilah*

Yes! We are having an optional Welcome Drinks event the night before (12/20) from 8-10 PM at Bank and Bourbon inside the Loews Hotel. If you plan to attend, please kindly RSVP to this event via the "RSVP" section on this site.
We will be providing transportation from the hotels, but if you are not staying at the hotel and driving in, we suggest parking at a nearby parking lot located at 1400 N Howard St, Philadelphia, PA 19122 that is 2 blocks away from our venue.
