What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our attire is formal, we suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or nice pantsuit. But make sure to bring comfy shoes for dancing!

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We'd prefer you mail in your RSVP card to include your entree(s) choice(s) for dinner, but to simply RSVP you can easily do that on our website.

Can I use the shuttle service if I'm not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Please utilize the shuttle service to the wedding venue, you do not need to be a guest at the hotel. If the hotel is a closer meeting location or spot to park, please do so. More shuttle information can be found on the 'hotel/shuttle' tab.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes there is, and we'd love for you to enjoy the complimentary valet service upon your arrival.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and covered, however we know how the weather is in Colorado so we are prepared! If it's a cold day, there will be heaters and fireplaces to stay cozy by. Fingers crossed for a beautiful spring day. The reception dinner and dancing will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 5pm, we ask that you take a seat by 4:45pm.

Is the reception elsewhere?

Answer

No, we will be having the ceremony and reception at the same place. No need to worry about driving anywhere else.

Can I bring a plus 1 or my kids?

Answer

Given budget and space, we've made sure to specifically include the invited guests in your invitations and we are asking that no kids will be in attendance.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! No shots will be served as it is against the venues policy, please drink responsibly.
