Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 10th, 2026 by clicking onto the RSVP tab on our website and entering your full name. RSVP responses will be forwarded directly to our venue to ensure they are aware of guest attendance. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will not be be added to the final count.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The official dress code is formal garden attire. Please reserve all hues of blue for the wedding party (Do NOT wear blue). For outfit inspo please see this page: https://ca.pinterest.com/kkayhearts/wedding-outfits/

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start at 4PM sharp! Please arrive no later than 3:30PM at The Redwoods Golf Course and be seated or you will not be allowed in the space. The reception will follow immediately after for refreshments and hors d'oeuvres - dinner will be served at 6PM.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking near the venue may be limited as they will still be hosting golfers. Please plan ahead by ride-sharing or carpooling.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at The Redwoods Golf Course, please note the weather and dress accordingly. The reception will be a few steps from the ceremony and under a tented space where the venue will have cool air blowing.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

Reception will have a bartending service who will handle all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Please note that each table will have a bottle of white and red wine to enjoy :)

If you wish to give a gift, we would appreciate a monetary contribution to help us start our new life together.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late or forget to respond. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
