We first met in the Master's program at ACHE in Arkansas, even though both of us are from the West Coast. We didn't think we'd meet the love of our lives in Arkansas of all places, but God had other plans! Studying together, applying to medical school together, and going through the challenges of medical school, we couldn't have done it with anyone else by our side! We love to explore Arkansas on the weekends and see all the beauty it has! Some of our favorite spots are Mildred B Cooper Chapel, Mt. Magazine, and any hikes we can take Brownie!

Lucas and an amazing group of friends surprised Klare by taking her to their favorite spot, Mount Magazine! I knew that he was proposing, but I didn't want to ruin his surprise, then by the time he was actually proposing, I forgot and was surprised! It was beautiful and I loved how special he made me feel. Then we went to dinner with friends, and I was so touched by everyone who made it!
