Welcome Party & Dinner

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire, from shorts to sundresses. Feel free to wear/bring attire for our sand volleyball court!

While our Sunday reception is shorter than traditional, this Welcome Event gives space for us to share a meal and spend extra time with YOU. Even if you are unable to join Sunday's ceremony, we look forward to seeing you here at this come and go event and celebrating together! Dinner will be provided. Our location has a basketball court, sand volleyball, and a covered patio - in addition to plenty of space in the AC. Come ready for a summer hangout!

Ceremony & Reception

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

The couple requests cocktail attire for their celebration! Think "summer garden party" with dresses, jumpsuits, and ties optional. Please wear pastel shades to join in the wedding theme.

Ceremony & Reception Details: Ceremony will begin promptly at 11am. Please plan to arrive early to find parking and seats by 10:50am. A light "sips & sweets" reception will immediatly follow the ceremony. The couple looks forward to portraits with each guest during the reception! Parking: Ground-level parking is limited, but a parking garage is availble. Map to "5840 Caruth Haven Ln" for the parking garage entrance, follow the driveway that leads underground. Bring parking tickets into the event for validation and complimentary parking. Follow signage for the "Drey Hotel", to use elevators from the garage and into the hotel.
