There are many Airbnb options around Hudson, WI and River Falls, WI. The couple also has two room blocks at the Commerce -Wyndham and Radisson Hotel in River Falls.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot at Belle Ame Vineyard. Vehicles can be left overnight but must be out of the parking lot by 9 a.m. the next day. Also note the couple has a shuttle for wedding guests going to and from the Radisson and the Commerce - Wyndham hotels to Belle Ame all night.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle picking up guests at the Radisson departing at 3pm and the Commerce - Wyndham departing at 3:15pm bringing guests to Belle Ame. The shuttle will be available all night to take trips to and from both hotels. With the last trip at 11pm also stopping at the Nutty Squirrel downtown River Falls.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will start being seated by 3:45pm, the ceremony is outside under a pavilion which is paved.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please note the newlyweds will be at Rush River Brewery in River Falls on Saturday June 20th at 11:30am. Please swing by and say goodbye before heading out of town, or just spend some extra time with the couple and their loved ones.
