Stuff You Should Know

These are just some things that you should be aware of! Still have a question that isn't answered? Feel free to reach out and ask us.
Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Being that the wedding is in Colorado during March, we have no real idea what to expect weather wise. Thankfully, the venue has both indoor and outdoor locations for the ceremony. We are expecting to use the outdoor location for the ceremony unless the weather dictates otherwise. So bring a jacket just in case! The reception will be inside regardless of the weather!

Question

How long do we have to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than February 8th, 2020. Unfortunately we have to insist that if you don't RSVP by then, you wont be on the guest list. No exceptions. If plans change and you wont be able to make it, please let us know ASAP. We are required to have an exact head count no later than 10 days prior to the event.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Children are of course welcome. They make weddings fun! But we ask that you keep in mind that we pay a flat rate per person, regardless of age. If they are not listed on your RSVP form that means we have not included them in our count and you will need to reach out to us before bringing additional people. There is also an open bar. So parents, that is on your discretion!

Question

Is dinner going to be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers while we take photos after the ceremony, a buffet style dinner during the reception, and cake of course!

Question

Will there be alcohol served? Do we need cash?

Answer

Leave your wallets at home, this party has an open bar!
