FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We respectfully request that you do not bring a guest unless they are explicitly included in the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We do love your little ones! Safety is our number one priority. Please know that the ceremony is at a church. Also know there will be adults celebrating at the reception. It is up to the parents to decide if they think their child should attend an event like this or not. If they do attend, please be mindful of them! Please make sure they do not interrupt the photographers or get in the way of the shots. Please make sure they behave themselves and are quiet in church. Please make sure they don't run around the reception and bump into the wait staff. Please make sure they don't interrupt any special moments, such as the first dance. If you're unsure and would like more information please feel free to reach out to us!

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Michael's Tuscany Room does not provide parking. There is street parking and/or lot parking in the immediate vicinity of the venue. We do not foresee parking being an issue, however if you arrive at the parking lot and it is predominantly full, please be mindful that some guests have mobility issues; Perhaps park elsewhere for their convenience.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The ceremony and reception will occur indoors, but we recommend bringing a light jacket considering our proximity to the coast.
