Question

What Should I wear?

Answer

This is going to be a semi casual event. We want you all to be comfortable but use this as an excuse to wear that pretty thing in the back of your closet you never get to wear! With that being said, the ceremony is outside and there will be a trail with dirt and gravel, I would grab something warm in case there is a chill in the air.

Question

Are there bathrooms?

Answer

Yes. For the ceremony, there are vaulted toilets. For the dinner, the Airbnb will have a few restrooms.

Question

Will this be ADA friendly?

Answer

Only a little bit. The ceremony has a trail you need to walk through to get to it. Some of it is paved, but mostly on gravel. However, there are plenty of arms to grab to assist you to a seated area.

Question

How's the parking?

Answer

Ceremony: We have 8 parking passes already and will use for people who are shuttling/carpooling. there is a larger parking lot at the front and you can get shuttled in with other guests. otherwise, park parking is $5.00 for the day. Airbnb: has limited parking, but street parking is available. It is best to catch a ride to reduce issues.

Question

How do I RSVP

Answer

On our site here! If you are having a hard time navigating the site, feel free to reach out to the bride at 503-544-4933. I can always mark you down 😊

Question

Should I book my hotel for the whole time you guys are there?

Answer

Not if you don't want to. We encourage you to take this time to vacation and adventure out and see the place we call home! Please explore and have fun. Check out the travel page for some recommendations and don't hesitate to ask us for more. We are beyond thrilled to share goods spots.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be early October, so there is a chance of rain, grab an umbrella! Historically, it has been pretty warm early October the last few years, but Oregon can be quite moody. I would recommend checking the weather forecast for Government Camp OR before packing.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We would like to limit the amount of people as the park and house only hold so many. Your RSVP will include all the people we have accounted for, but we can make some reasonable exceptions as needed.

Question

What type of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We are doing a fall BBQ with pulled pork, chicken and Portobello Mushrooms (vegan option). There will be alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages provided. We will have a light snack and drink choice for the ceremony, but the main dish will be at the house.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will do a Champagne toast at the Airbnb, a house cocktail (while it lasts) and non alcoholic beverages. You are welcome and encouraged to bring extra refreshments with you.

Question

Where should we bring/send the wedding gift?

Answer

On our site here we have a honey moon fund started and are grateful for any and all contributions. If you find you would rather do a card or tangible gift, we will have a station set up at the house for cards and gifts. If you would like an address to mail to, please contact Matt or Kjrsti and we will be happy to provide one.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

Absolutely!! This is a family union! We will have QR codes available so we can all share all the photos into one big album. We just request you don't post any photos of the bride and Groom on social media until after the event.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We strongly encourage this to be an all adult event. Use this time to get away and be a grown up. However, if no other choice is available we can make exceptions.

Question

What if I have even more questions?

Answer

Reach out to either one of us! Though you will get a fast response from Kjrsti 503-544-4933 Matt can be reached at 603-988-4184
