Unfortunately, if you forget to RSVP, you will not be accounted for when we give our final numbers to our venue coordinator. If you would still like to celebrate with us, we would love to welcome you at our reception and have you join us WHEN the dance floor opens. Please note that there will not be an assigned seat for you.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour & the reception will all be held indoors!
There are 2 parking lots off of Water Street, next to CityFlats that will be reserved specifically for our guests.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. We ask that all guests arrive 10-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you are late, you will be kindly asked not to enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter cocktail hour!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means no personal phones or cameras out! We also ask that all devices are silenced during our special time. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". Our hired professional photographer will be capturing this moment, but please feel free to take as many photos + videos during cocktail hour & the reception!
If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We greatly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us!
Our bar will be open until we hit our max $ amount, then it will turn into a cash bar! For this reason, we recommend getting your drinks sooner than later. We also highly encourage you to use the trolly provided if you are going back to the hotel, or have a designated driver! Please make sure you have a way to get home safely!
