What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Drinks and refreshments will be available starting at 4:00 PM. Transportation will leave from Carter Estates at 4:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is Black Tie Preferred. This means tuxes or dark suits and ties for men, and long dresses for women.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be a grown-ups-only celebration — a chance for everyone to relax, mingle, and enjoy the festivities.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, we kindly suggest you Uber to the venue. There are plenty of Ubers available in Temecula.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you RSVP after receiving the formal invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know about any dietary restrictions.

What will the weather be on wedding weekend?

Answer

Fall in Temecula is typically warm, with highs around 80–85°F, while nights can cool down to about 60°F. Welcome Drinks (Friday): We’ll be outside after sunset, so you might want to bring a light jacket. Ceremony & Cocktail Hour: Expect (hopefully) sunny skies and temperatures around 80°F. Reception: The reception will be indoors, but temperatures may be a bit cooler in the evening.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided on Saturday for guests staying at Carter Estates Resort. Buses will leave at 4:00 PM sharp on Saturday for Europa Village. Buses will depart Europa at 10:00 PM and then again at 12:00 AM to head back to Carter Estates. Otherwise, we recommend Uber/Lyft as the best way to get around.
