We can’t wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people!

James & Katie first met in the DC area in January 2019. Their first date was at a Pokè bowl restaurant. After Katie’s internship on Capitol Hill came to an end, their relationship continued to blossom (virtually) while James lived it up in London and Katie finished her senior year at Roanoke College. Thankfully, the pandemic brought them back to the same continent, where they quickly picked up where they left off. They started their life together in DC in 2020 and the rest has been history. Since then, they’ve supported each other while building their careers, exploring new cities, sharing laughs & cooking tons of delicious meals together. In June of 2024, they took their talents to Charleston, SC to start a sunny new chapter. This is the city where they look forward to celebrating their love together with all of you! James proposed at the picturesque botanic garden during a beautiful vacation in Copenhagen, Denmark.
