Shuttle service for wedding weekend

We are providing a shuttle service on both Friday & Saturday because we know many of our guests are not staying on site & we want to be certain that absolutely no one drinks & drives during our wedding weekend because we love you too much! The shuttle will run from 2:45-4:45pm on Friday before the ceremony beginning at 5pm & it will resume again from 8pm-12:30am. The shuttle will also be available on Saturday beginning at 12pm & ending at 7pm to get you to & from the cookout/reception part II. The shuttle service will pick you up from anywhere at Geneva-on-the-Lake, whether you're staying at an off-site hotel or an Airbnb, and will also return you to your location within the given timeframes. To reserve your ride, the shuttle company (Sunset Transportation) prefers that you CALL them at 440-855-5314 to book your ride to the ceremony. The reservation code is CREAMER WEDDING. If you can call to reserve your ride to the ceremony in the next few days BEFORE Friday, they would prefer that because then they can map our their routes throughout the city ahead of time. The LAST CALL to book a ride to the ceremony is 1:30pm on Friday, so if you don't reserve a ride ahead of time, you'll need to book your own ride at your own expense. (Uber, Lyft & taxis are available) While you CAN text to book...the shuttle company said they often get so busy that they can't keep up with texts & calling is the best way to guarantee you get a ride. So if they don't text back, definitely call instead! You may also pre-book your rides for Saturday, but the most important time to pre-book is if you are wanting a shuttle ride to the ceremony Friday afternoon. Lastly, we are footing the bill for the shuttle service BUT according to the owner, tips are expected (we were as surprised to hear the word expected as you probably are!) so please plan to tip your driver when you hitch a ride. Cash & cards are accepted for tips. We hope this blesses you!

The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake

Our reception will be held at The Lodge so this hotel option is the only one that's directly on-site. 1. Go to https://www.thelodgeatgeneva.com. 2. Scroll down on the home page to the “make a reservation" box. 3. Enter your arrival & departure dates. 4. Click on the “Code Type” drop-down menu. 5. Choose “Group Code” from the drop-down and type in our code: 4GL5H2 6. Click the ‘Check Rates’ button and pick the room type you wish to book. 7. Fill in your information. (At this time, the card you enter will be charged for the first night stay plus taxes and fees.) 8. Click Submit and watch for your confirmation email! This is a cheaper hotel option & it's about 15 minutes from our wedding venue. We will provide a shuttle all evening on the 14th to shuttle guests back & forth from the hotel to the venue and we are looking into something similar for Saturday night as well. (No drinking & driving for our guests! We love you too much!)
