FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kiyone DesRochers and Luke Porter
Question

When & how should I RSVP?

Answer

After you receive your formal invitation in the mail, scan the QR code that will bring you to the RSVP tab on our website. Please RSVP as soon as you receive the invitation.

Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 17th, 2026 so that we can plan accordingly with our vendors. Due to planning reasons, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

The venue can only accommodate a limited amount of guests, so please only bring guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, you will be notified when you RSVP.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in semi-casual attire that balances comfort with a touch of formality. Options might include polos, dress shirts, dresses, suits, khakis, or well kept jeans. Since the celebration takes place both outdoors & indoors in mid September, we encourage clothing that’s light and breathable. Footwear should be practical for walking on grass—think sturdy heels, wedges, or flats. Feel free to choose any color that suits your style, but kindly avoid shades of white, including cream and ivory so the couple can stand out on their special day.

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20 minutes before the Ceremony, so you can find a seat and socialize.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please do not bring your children unless they are specifically noted on the online RSVP. This applies to children of all ages. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate those who are not on the RSVP list.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The address of the venue will be provided when you RSVP on our website.

Question

What about parking?

Answer

Parking is limited, so please carpool if you are able. There are spaces in the field adjacent to the barn. We will have volunteers assisting with parking.
