You can RSVP by using the link on your Save the Date and finding your name.

Are kids welcome?

Yes kids are welcome! We will have a babysitter and a lounge set up for the kids room in the Social Hall, there will be tables and benches and kids meals provided by the caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 4pm, guests should arrive at 3:30 and be seated in the Garden.

Is there a dress code?

Yes it is light Formal wear for 60-70 degree weather.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is free valet at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are looking into a shuttle from hotel to venue, and venue to hotel.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No outside alcohol is allowed at 1902. All alcoholic drinks must be served by the venues bartenders. (Donations welcome) There is not to be any alcohol consumed in the parking lot. Any guests observed consuming alcohol which has not been served by a Licensed and Insured Vendor will be immediately asked to leave the premises. Any violations will be met with additional costs and calling law enforcement to the Event. The use of illegal substances will not be permitted. If this should occur the guest will be requested to leave the premises immediately. Alcohol may not be served to minors at the event. Anyone attempting to serve minors alcohol will be asked to leave.
