Q&As

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan, please submit a soft RSVP by March 1st. We understand plans can change, and you’ll be able to adjust your response later when we send out our final RSVP request.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite everyone, but to keep our celebration small and intimate, we’re only able to host the guests named on the invitation. If you do not see a plus one when you RSVP, we’re unable to include one at this time.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many hotels, villas and Airbnbs near by in Zihuatanejo and all inclusive resorts about 20 minutes away in Ixtapa. Check out the Travel page for more info.

Question

When should I arrive to Zihuatanejo?

Answer

Whenever you can/want! We are planning to host a welcome party on Dec 30th, 2026 and the wedding will be Dec 31st, 2026. We will be in Zihua Dec 28th-Jan 3rd.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Tropical Formal Think polished and put-together, with the climate in mind. We want everyone comfortable in the heat but looking sharp for the celebration. For the gentlemen: Lightweight suits or dress pants paired with a button-down or linen shirt. Jackets welcome but not required. Loafers or dress shoes. Skip the heavy wool, sneakers, flip-flops, shorts, jeans, and graphic tees. For the ladies: Midi or maxi dresses or jumpsuits. Breathable fabrics like linen, cotton, silk, or chiffon. Heels, wedges, or dressy sandals are great. Please avoid white, ivory, and beige. I will share a Pinterest board soon!
