This is where we would like our guest to stay. This is also where some pre-wedding events will occur. Transportation to and from the airport will be provided by Island Breeze Vacations if you book your stay through them. First payment is due by June 1, 2025 in the amount of $100 to reserve your room and commit to attending. 2. Second deposit is due on or before September 15, 2025 3. Third deposit due on or before February 28, 2026 4. Final Payment Date – May 31, 2026. 5. Insurance is available and is highly recommended, must be purchased at the time of deposit. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES 1. Cancellation without penalty must be done before - 04/15/2026. 2. Cancellation after 04/15/2026 - 05/15/2026 will incur one (1) night penalty per room. 3. Cancellation after 05/16/2026 - 06/01/2026 will incur two (2) nights penalty per room. 4. Cancellation after 06/01/2026 - 06/15/2026 will incur three (3) nights penalty per room. 5. Cancellation after 06/18/2026 or no shows will be 100% non-refundable.
