6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Cocktail attire. Think mini/cocktail length dresses, sundresses, or nice pants for the ladies. Jacket no tie for the gentlemen. Linen encouraged for the gentlemen.
Rehearsal dinner begins at 6:30pm. Dinner and cocktails will be served. All guests are cordially invited! There will be heaters; however, Arizona gets chilly at night, so please bring a sweater or jacket if needed.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dress code is formal attire. Think floor-length dresses for the ladies and dark suits for the gentlemen. The ceremony and dinner will take place on a turf lawn.
The ceremony and reception will take place at El Chorro and begins at 4:30pm. Shuttles will run continuously between the Mountain Shadows lobby and El Chorro from 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. If you prefer to walk to the venue before the ceremony, it is about a 5-minute walk with a pedestrian traffic light along the way.
