Reservations must be booked by October 14, 2025 to receive the courtesy block rate. Please book your hotel as soon as possible. We were only allowed to block off a limited number of rooms. The Fairfield Inn & Suites will make every attempt to accommodate special requests for room types, early check-in, and location.

Travel Note
Ubers, Lyfts, taxis or any other form of ride share services aren't allowed through the security gate at The Club at Picatinny. However, if you’re arranging your own transportation/designated driver, just send us their full legal name (exactly as it appears on their ID) by October 14, 2025. We can add them to the driver/vendor list so they can gain access to the base to drop off/pick up!
Shuttle
November 15, 2025 4:15 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle bus will depart the Fairfield Inn & Suites for The Club at Picatinny at 4:15 in the evening and return for guest pick up at 10:00 at night. Don't forget your legal photo ID!
