Please RSVP by June 1.
Colorado Chautauqua has very limited parking space available within the National Historic Landmark boundary. Utilizing a ride share or carpooling to Chautauqua is strongly encouraged. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage guests to consider using the free Park-to-Park shuttle service: https://www.bouldercoloradousa.com/outdoors/hiking/hiker-shuttles/park-to-park-shuttle/#map Park-to-Park provides free satellite parking and shuttle service to and from Chautauqua Park on summer weekends and holidays from Memorial Day weekend in late May to Labor Day weekend in early September. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays only. Please be aware that the ceremony and reception will be held on a Saturday and parking may become extremely limited as locals and visitors park on Baseline Road to access the Flat Irons. Please allow extra time to locate parking if you are driving.
Please plan to arrive between 11am-11:45am. We will have appetizers and cocktails on the porch before the ceremony begins at 12:00pm.
For the Ceremony and Reception: Please wear art nouveau inspired cocktail attire. For summertime in Northern Colorado, we suggest knee-length or longer dresses, formal jumpsuits, elegant separates, sport coats & pants, or suits. Please avoid wearing white dresses or green suits. For ideas, please visit this Pinterest board: https://pin.it/10thKDsB9 Art nouveau is an art style from the early 20th century, it draws directly from nature, rejecting straight lines in favor of curves, vines, petals, and organic forms. Think colorful florals and organic motifs. Please note that the ceremony and reception are inside. While Boulder in July is sunny and warm, summer afternoon rain storms are likely. For the Welcome Dinner and After Party: Feel free to dress casual. Think sundresses, jumpsuits, button-ups, slacks or jeans.
If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will specified when you RSVP on the site. Although we would love to offer a plus-one for all guests, we have to limit invites due to venue restrictions.
Yes, kids are welcome! If you are brining your kid(s), please let us know if they will need their own plate of food or if they will be eating from yours.
We kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. However, after the ceremony, we encourage you to take and share photos!
Expect warm days with a high around 88° and cooler nights with a low around 57°. Afternoon rain storms are likely. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be held inside.
There are many great lodging options in Boulder and the surrounding area. For specific recommendations, please visit the Travel tab. If you are staying somewhere other than Boulder, please plan for extra travel time as weekend traffic may impact travel.
